Our mission

is to build a network for women

with the shared aspiration

to inspire, empower

and support women to thrive

in the Cyber Profession.

“Everyone says that there should be more women working in cybersecurity, but saying it and doing it are two different things. Figures released over the last few years suggest that globally women make up between 11% and 24% of the cyber workforce. This isn't as dire as it sounds: More younger women are entering the industry and more women are reaching senior positions.

However, there is still a lot to be done and The Women's Cyber Circle will help to encourage more women to consider cyber as a career, and give them support to achieve their own career goals in the industry. Bristol & Bath Cyber Cluster are delighted to support this initiative and I am incredibly grateful to Kaze for taking steps to make cybersecurity a more equitable place for women to work. The Women's Cyber Circle is going to be a fabulous asset to the local cyber ecosystem, and I'm so excited to see where it leads.”
